The Fraser Recovery Program is proud to unveil its new website.
As a staff, we are proud to be a part of this unique program for Quebec City youth. The program and its success are the result of Hugh Fraser's devotion to helping youth who are struggling. He has dedicated the latter part of his life to helping youth with addictions and continues to do so to this day. His undying dedication, work ethic and sense of humour is an inspiration for us all.
